You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Please send us a message on Etsy. If you decide to return a product for any reason, please send us a message and we'll be happy to refund the amount you paid. Return shipment will be paid by the client.
Shipments to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand usually take around 2-3 weeks. Shipments to Europe and UK usually take around 1-2 weeks. Please make sure to place your orders in advance during holiday seasons to avoid any delays due to busy courier services.
